FINGY3D has patents submitted and pending for many of our innovations. These patents protect FINGY3D inventions and the extensive resources devoted to the research, development and design. In accordance with 35 USC 287(a), FINGY3D provides notice that the FINGY3D products are "Patent Pending". The FINGY3D products provided on our site and additional FINGY3D products may be protected by one or more additional patents and pending patents in the U.S. and elsewhere.
